The Wharf Cinema Center at 658 Front St. across from the Banyan Tree in Historic Lahaina Town has turned on the sparkle and is ready to shine throughout the festive season.
Home to an array of unique shops, The Wharf features a large selection of Made on Maui items. Shoppers will find fine and custom jewelry, luggage, T-shirts, hammocks, handcrafted bowls and other expressions of art.
Bring your camera and get a photo with Santa Claus from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday on the mid-level.
Uncle Lui Williams will perform traditional Hawaiian music and Christmas carols from 5 to 7 p.m. each Friday in December.
If holiday shopping overwhelms you, check out a first-run movie playing at one of the tri-screen movie theaters, relax by the waterfalls and koi ponds or take a break and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at Lahaina’s largest selection of restaurants under one “roof.”
